Britt Holcomb
Founder & Co-Owner
Britt Holcomb hails from Columbus, GA. In 1998, he relocated to Greensboro to establish a fire and water damage restoration company. With over 25 years in the reconstruction and remodeling industry, Britt holds a license as a General Contractor. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to excellence have led to the growth of customer-focused companies. Today, Britt leads Refresh alongside his family, with his wife and two children actively involved in the business. His daughter contributes in a marketing role, while his son serves as a Project Superintendent. Prior to founding Refresh, Britt spent two decades as a consultant for a major franchise system, honing his expertise and insights. With his wealth of experience and dedication to quality, Britt continues to drive Refresh Kitchen & Bath towards success.
Mike Gosnell
Founder & Co-Owner
Mike Gosnell is a native of the NC Piedmont Triad. With over 18 years in the restoration, remodeling, and construction industry, Mike's expertise is unparalleled. He began his journey working for a national fire and water damage restoration company, where he honed his skills and later served as a franchise business consultant. Venturing into entrepreneurship, Mike established a division of a large commercial specialty flooring company in Raleigh, achieving remarkable success and significant sales growth. In 2021, he embarked on a new venture, founding his own fire and water damage restoration company, which swiftly gained prominence in central NC. Mike's dedication to excellence is evident in his history of training and developing project managers, as well as his adeptness in negotiating complex construction projects. He balances his professional pursuits with family life, being a devoted husband and father to one son.
Jason Calkins
Vice President of Construction
Jason Calkins, Vice President of Construction, brings three decades of expertise to the custom remodeling and construction industry. A native of Charlotte, NC, Jason's career spans various roles, from hands-on installer to project superintendent and regional manager for a custom homebuilder. For 16 years, he successfully owned and operated his own kitchen and bath remodeling company, overseeing the construction of 52 custom residential homes. Jason's diverse experience has honed his skills in every aspect of the industry, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and unparalleled craftsmanship. Beyond construction, he finds joy in outdoor pursuits like camping, fishing, and hunting, embracing the beauty of nature.
